Underwriting involves a wide array of skills and knowledge, from how to write drone coverage, evaluating underwriting tools and methods, and keeping up with changing and increasing cyber risks. But that’s not all you have to worry about in any given day… what about soft skills in marketing, getting along well with coworkers, and keeping pace in today’s work environment? In this breakout session, Second City facilitators will build on the concepts and tools  presented in the keynote session and focus more pointedly on the everyday challenges you might face in an underwriting role. Interactive exercises will teach you how to use improv to improve managerial skills and remain nimble and dynamic in the face of uncertainty.
