Through a review of United Educators’ claims statistics and recent high-profile case developments, this session will cover how Title IX came to cover sexual harassment and sexual violence involving students at K12 and higher education institutions. We will also examine the Department of Education’s legal guidance and what practical steps institutions can take now to comply with this important law.
