Where the Rubber Meets the Road: Fleet Management Case Study
Where the Rubber Meets the Road was developed by VML Insurance Programs in 2010 as a way to address losses related to vehicle crashes. At that time, vehicle crashes accounted for nearly half the cost of all claims for VMLIP. The campaign helps their public sector members with training, policy development and implementation, driver evaluation, and management accountability. Since implementation, Where the Rubber Meets the Road has cut the costs of auto liability coverage nearly in half. Hear how this member pool, who was awarded the 2015 AGRiP Award for Excellence in Performance, developed, implemented, manages and continues to evolve their dedicated fleet safety
campaign, resulting in lower loss ratios and safer roadways for Virginians.

Issues and Considerations for Body Worn Cameras
Recording police activity through body cameras is an increasingly common practice in law enforcement.
