Aaron serves as Chief Operating Officer of LocalGovU, a division of Praetorian Digital.  In his role at Praetorian, he oversees the company’s Online Training division staff of 40 plus people, which includes digital training programs for Local Government, Police, Fire, EMS and Corrections.

LocalGovU is the leading provider of online training and e-Learning for local government entities nationwide and works directly with public entities and risk management groups to provide high quality, accredited training that reduces liability and mitigates risk. LocalGovU offers more than 300 courses covering topics ranging from law enforcement and corrections, HR and Safety and many more. The mission of LocalGovU is to provide the broadest range of high quality courses at a cost local government can afford. In addition to providing online training programs to Risk Pools, Public Entity Insurers and municipalities across the United States for close to ten years, LocalGovU helped to launch and has powered AGRiP’s Pooling Basics 2.0 online training platform since 2014.

During Aaron’s time with Praetorian Digital, he has among other achievements, led the successful acquisition and management of LocalGovU in 2013 and most recently the acquisition of Kaplan Fire & EMS online training from Kaplan Learning in 2015. Aaron is a member of AGRiP, PRIMA and CAJPA and LocalGovU serves as a QEI CEO Level Patron for AGRiP. He has over 20 years of business management and operations experience and extensive knowledge of how Public Safety and Local Government benefit from new technology platforms and Online Learning.

On a personal note, Aaron was the youngest professional tennis chair umpire in the United States during high school and college, where he worked the US Open, Olympics and Davis Cup. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from University of Pennsylvania and studied Entrepreneurial Management at The Wharton School of Business.
